1.先进材料激光焊
围绕高强钢、高强铝合金、钛合金、锆合金、塑料、复合材料、难熔金属、形状记忆合金和高熵合金等材料的激光焊接工艺及性能评价
2.异质材料焊接
面向轻量化制造的铝/钢、铝/镁、镁/钢、镁/钛、钛/钢、铜/钢、镍/钢等异种金属焊接,铝、镁、钛、不锈钢等金属与热塑性塑料及复合材料的连接
3.超快激光微纳制造
围绕陶瓷、玻璃、金属和半导体材料的超快激光表面抛光和连接
研究情况:
从国家重大工程中的焊接需求出发,针对异种材料激光焊接的应用基础科学问题,阐明了界面润湿、界面反应及接头失效机理,开发了合金元素调控技术并实现了工程化应用。发表学术论文70余篇,以第一/通讯作者发表学术论文30余篇,ESI热点论文1篇(位列全球Engineering学术领域前1‰),ESI高被引论文2篇,谷歌学术引用1100余次, H 因子 19。申请发明专利15项,授权9项。相关技术在运载火箭燃料输送单元、换热器以及汽车吸能盒和侧围等方面初步实现了工程化应用。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年科学基金和中国博士后基金等国家级项目,作为分承研单位负责人承担“十四五”总装共用技术项目,合作单位负责人沉承担“十三五”总装领域基金,主持民品横向委托项目10余项。荣获上海市自然科学二等奖(2022年,排1)。
